Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is being used across the entire organisation as a replacement for a different whiteboarding tool. In my specific team, we use it to collaborate while still working remotely. We can use it to brainstorm, generate ideas and create diagrams. I also use it to plan my research sessions with my team.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Diagraming.
  • Collaboration.
  • More options to collaborate.
  • Basic voting, comments, etc. are not available in the basic version.
  • A way to tidy up everything on a board.
  • Meetings have some direction/target.
  • Increases meeting engagement from team members.
  • Makes meetings longer because everyone is participating.
It's simple enough to use but I find it's still missing some features compared to competitors such as Miro Perhaps a bit too dumbed down
We don't particularly use any of the integrations but should probably start to!
It works well, does the job As I mentioned, it's a great tool for collaborating online and helps keep everyone engaged Coming from Miro, it still feels a bit like a downgrade because of missing features.
Not too bad.

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

For running workshops, meetings where you'd need a whiteboard to collaborate or some sort of input from most of the attendees Especially useful as a WFH tool.
