Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

Lusha is used for my company in order to contact people who will be the most qualified for my companies product. Also in cases where someone wrote down a phone number wrong and had a character off in an email it allows them to double check to make sure that the proper information is getting to the proper people. If there is a Trade Show coming up wherein we know that certain individuals are attending we can send them personalized invitations to meet with us.
  • Ability to gain information that we know must be publicly listed elsewhere without spending hours searching for it.
  • Make more personal connections to current prospects.
  • Lusha allows verification of previously received email addresses or personal numbers in case of urgent information needing to be shared.
  • Sometimes it selects that I want to see the full information when that is not the case, which uses credits I wouldn't otherwise use.
  • The information can be outdated, listing work emails for a company my prospects have not worked at in years.
  • Personal numbers often match people of the same name that are not the specific profiles I am currently on.
  • It has enabled my company to invite local business owners to Trade Shows they were otherwise unaware of, increasing their trust in my company.
  • It has allowed for ease of communication, resulting in more responses from personal email addresses than company ones at times.
  • For every 5 people I search for within Lusha I receive correct and qualified contact information for 4 of them.
Lusha was less expensive than any of the above listed platforms. The interface is simple and thus easy to use even for a novice. It is easy to train people on once and never need to train them again, cutting down time spent not interacting with our future clients. For platforms like ZoomInfo there will undoubtedly be times where a prospect is not located, meanwhile you are staring at their LinkedIn profile and seeing Lusha load the proper information. Sales Navigator was valuable in listing out the proper prospects and creating lists of other people/companies to search but does not give the necessary information for contacting that Lusha does.
There is no reporting feature with Lusha. I am only able to keep track on my own of where I have gotten contact information and which platform has been the most valuable there. This is another thing that Lusha could work on, though unless it begins to integrate with an email platform I'm not sure how they would be able to.
If you live on LinkedIn like my marketing and sales teams do, it is invaluable for a growing business. Without it we would not have a decent percentage of our current customer base. However, I feel it is better suited for B2B businesses as searching for a work email and utilizing that information is much better in a business professional contact. If you work in P2P it may seem a little uncouth to suddenly receive emails from someone you have never spoken to before or know that you haven't divulged that information to. Lusha should be used to grow an existing relationship.
