Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

as a platform it was really simple, to integrate with salesforce was more complex - we were neve able to do it.
We used Lusha to get prospects contacts and support us on our outbound efforts. They were supposed to have many other features, like database enrichment, but we were never able to use that feature. Also, we had better results when we used the extension that was linked to Sales Navigator that when the used the platform itself. Despite that, it was really helpful for our outbound efforts.
  • Email from contacts
  • Telephone and cell phone from prospects
  • Csms - our contract expired and no one reached out to us to renew it
  • Product support - we didn't have that much when it came to support using other features
  • it saves time from our SDRs
It really helped on outbound efforts.
