Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

I use Mailchimp to collect and manage email subscribers for my business. I create sign-up forms that are integrated on my website and email marketing campaigns.
  • Mailchimp has a nice sense of humour, they are a fun brand to work with.
  • The platform allows me to organize my email subscribers so that I know where they came from and their interests.
  • Mailchimp integrates with quite a few other major platforms which I also use.
  • The platform allows you to easily create email marketing campaigns that look professional.
  • When I first started, it was very difficult for me to use the platform. I did not understand all the basic concepts of email marketing and I felt overwhelmed.
  • I can send out emails to my customers that look professional.
  • I can organize and keep all my subscribers in one place.
If you have a business with email subscribers, this is a good platform to use even on the free plan. You will be able to manage your current subscribers, get new subscribers and create email marketing campaigns.

That it integrates with other popular platforms like Shopify.
Sometimes instead of doing extensive research about competing platforms, I just get going by signing up for the free version immediately and testing them one by one. I then end up using the platform that satisfies my requirements in the quickest and easiest way.
