Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp in the marketing department for email marketing and automation. It helps us automate our welcome series and send monthly emails.

  • Mailchimp doesn't seem to be as innovative as competitors. There are new software that are innovating much more quickly like Flodesk.
  • We are able to execute great email marketing campaigns and automation which has supported our brand positioning, messaging and overall marketing objectives.

Mailchimp is one of the easier email marketing softwares to use because of its drag and drop.
Using one platform saves on time and money and improves the overall analytics. The time saved on using an all in one system is significant.
We've implemented several email campaigns that provided us with analytics that meant we needed to revise our messaging and campaigns as a whole. We've been able to improve upon our email quality and improve the results we were looking for.
Despite Mailchimp being very expensive I would recommend it to most people. If you have less than 2500 contacts then Mailchimp is the way to go. For those who have more than this but need an easy to use and understand email marketing system that isn't very overwhelming and has all the features they would need I still think Mailchimp is a great option. However, it is very expensive and I think it isn't as innovative as it should be and so there are other options out there that will soon catch up with Mailchimp and even offer more.
