Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
I use MailChimp for a few of my clients who send email newsletters to their customers on a regular basis.
- Creates audience segments using tags
- Easy to read reporting after each campaign is complete
- The email design interface is not the easiest to use
- I'd love to be able to see a preview in the same window where I am editing; maybe something you can click and it expands, but you don't have to leave the editor.
- My clients love to see how many of their customers are opening and interacting with their content
I find Constant Contact a little easier to navigate, but they are very similar.
My clients have not taken advantage of this feature. Right now, they all have disparate marketing tools with little integration.
