  • Marketo's greatest feature is its organization. Being able to create assets that are all related to one another in one place make for easy creation of the next program and the 1000 after that.
  • Marketo also makes reporting on first touch, last touch and multi-touch acquistion very easy.
  • Allows for determining ROI on your marketing activities and all the related costs in a simple way.
  • Marketo is pushing the boundaries with a lot of features that are not essential to their core product.
  • Can be distracting to marketers who do not know how or what they are using a tool for instead of focusing on their core offering.
Marketo continues to expand on its product for B2C consumer use cases, but it is currently a bit weaker in this area. It is a strong tool for B2B marketers pursing marketing automation.
