Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We are using Marketo in both the marketing and the IT departments. For marketing, it addresses their CRM need and for IT, we used it to replace our previous automated email notification system (Delano) for subscribers of our document archive. Using their lead sync and campaign request APIs, we were able to migrate the antiquated email notification system to Marketo in a matter of 3 months. Their analytics engine provides useful data for the follow up of the email hard bounces.

- Need ability to easily download email campaign history for a lead or group of leads.
