Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Our marketing team uses Marketo to conduct email marketing programs including Nurture Streams, Operational Communications, and Program and Campaign management. In addition to customer communications, we also use Marketo landing pages throughout our website and have built a custom integration with our Home Grown CRM. We use their Lead Score model to serve up leads to our sales team, and Progressive Profiling to learn more about our Prospects and Cusotmers.

Lead Management: we'd like to get a 360-degree view of our leads and see all activities on our site and any pages they've visited.
Product Launches: We use Marketo's HTML email builder to send out our monthly release notes.
Upsell: Makreto is used to run programs for our existing leads to introduce them to newer features in our product and expand their usage of our platform.
We transitioned off of HubSpot and onto Marketo roughly three years ago. The main features that drew our Marketing Department to Marketo were it's expansive progressive profiling capabilities and it's lead scoring model and campaign management. At the time, our Marketing department felt that Marketo's capabilities outweighed HubSpot's, but I was early in my tenure with the company at that time and am unsure of the creedence of these statements.
It is certainly well suited for creating custom landing pages and forms, and does a fine job of lead scoring and progressive profiling, and is a platform well suited for medium to large size businesses. There is definitely room to improve campaign analytics and I'm looking forward to see how their new Sky platform improves user experience.
