Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

I am part of team that helps clients improve their digital presence. Primarily we, as a consulting business, help our partners and clients with the best platform out there. Marketo, in my experience, has been the tool that has been able to fulfill the diverse needs and requirements of a majority of our client base. This tool is highly versatile when compared to its other counterparts. I have been associated with several MNC clients and have carried out the implementation for Marketo as a standalone platform to take care of their marketing needs across several countries and business units. Marketo--with built-in capabilities of landing pages, web personalization, rich API support for custom integrations, strong lead management build and framework, RCM, RCE for advanced analytics along with a plethora of reports--is able to address all the requirements that a given client has. My organization has also been using Marketo to manage the several lines of business that we do across several countries.

Active community members and expert advice from fellow Marketo users, available through the Marketo community 24/7, is a huge advantage that Marketo has to offer. Marketo has lots of loyal advocates who are keen on sharing their knowledge on the community, Marketo User Groups (MUGs). Marketo also has a good customer support team that is prompt and they are always on their toes to provide the best-in-class product experience to its customers. The most important thing is the versatility of the product in terms of campaign management, native and custom integrations with a plethora of platforms and applications, reporting, email deliverability, powerful social media integration to manage cross-channel marketing efficiently along with best-in-class lead management framework is really laudable! This tool can cater to the needs of all types of businesses!
Marketo is best suited for the clients aiming to grow their brand name and presence across their audience in a strategic manner. It is so much more than a regular ESP; often users get overwhelmed from the features that Marketo provides but with the right strategy and right technical team, one is definitely wowed by the results and engagements that Marketo can bring in. Marketo can manage your leads, B2B marketing, web presence, social media engagements, on top of that it has native and excellent integration available for SFDC CRM sync. And when combined with the advanced reporting capabilities of Marketo, it can provide the closed-loop reporting for your marketing and sales. Marketo would not be a best choice for businesses that are looking for a tool just to send email blasts.
