Software Version

Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)

Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)

We currently use Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] for Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sharepoint. Then Admin side of the Cloud dashboard is very user friendly. the cloud version is much more efficient that using Exchange Server. I have been slowly pushing for all of our employees to start using Teams for meetings and other work from home uses.
  • Easy to use
  • Efficient
  • Cost effective for small business
  • Licenses run out fast
  • Outlook
  • Word and Excel
  • Teams
We use Microsoft 365 [(formerly Office 365)] and it has met all of our needs. There was no further need to research it. It does all of the things that we need, excluding the patient/case manager software that use daily.

Zoom is what we have been using for clients or patients but I have been pushing users to use Zoom less for in house meetings.

Yes

Did Microsoft 365 live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Microsoft 365 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft 365 again?

Yes

For the last year we have been working from home, the combination of Teams and Outlook have really made the transition from the office to home easy. There are not bulky servers or other hardware that needs to be maintained. The Cloud aspect of Microsoft 365 has really been a game changer.
