Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft 365 is being used throughout the organization. I currently use it to uncover insights from data through charts, graphs, tables and tools within Excel to demonstrate trends and key areas of focus for the business.
- Easy to use
- Great for summarizing data
- Great for analytics through charts, graphs, tables in Excel
- I have found that using shared files on Teams can sometimes lead to changes not syncing
- I have experienced several times where Excel crashes and I lose my data
- Would like to have automated email or team notifications when a file is posted or updated on teams

- Reduced manual workload through automation in Excel
Alteryx - Alteryx is an alternative to Excel Macros and is easy to use and can run multiple calculations very quickly. I prefer to use Alteryx compared to Excel macros due to the large amount of data and large number of tools Alteryx offers to manipulate data.
Tableau - Offers an easy way to refresh and interact with Data through visuals and analytics that is easier to update than Excel graphs.
