Microsoft 365 is being used across the whole organization. It serves as the backbone of our communication channels and currently addresses the issue of software disconnect as all the productivity software are under one roof and easier to manage. Instead of having to deal with 10 different vendors and proprietary software, we just have to manage one productivity suite that provides good security.
- Microsoft provides several layers of security with Microsoft 365.
- Ease of access and user-friendliness are two key factors in increased productivity.
- Seamless data flow between the different applications in the same platform also increases productivity.
- Microsoft could improve its platform even further by consolidating information on security bulletins into one platform. Currently, data is spread across different websites.
- Microsoft could improve its security posture even more.
- Although improving now, Microsoft should make the subscription tiers simpler and easier to understand.

- It is hard to put an exact number on the ROI because we've always had Microsoft 365 and would not be able to function without it.

I have tried open-source alternatives such as OpenOffice but compatibility issues arise sometimes. We selected Microsoft 365 because it is the business gold standard of office productivity suites and nothing else comes close.
