Office 365 is being used across the company. It's provided a platform to collaborate more easily. It also has provided a great deal of relief to our IT department and we keep up to date. There has been a steep learning curve for employees but that's to be expected with most changes.
- Work easily from anywhere!!!! I can work from the office, home or on the road using my phone or a tablet.
- Data is more secure.
- Better collaboration between departments. SharePoint provided easy access for those who like everything in one spot and they don't have to search through a directory to find their files.
- Hard for some employees to understand the screen differences when working online verses on the desktop.
- Time saved searching for files
- There is a cost associated with training staff
- Efficiency - which saves time
