Microsoft Office 365 (Cloud)
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Office 365 was implemented company-wide as the TCO of the onsite email server was becoming an issue. Also, the business centers around offsite meetings and working from home environments, therefore, being able to access your email content securely from the cloud anywhere, anytime (providing you have an internet connection) is a huge bonus.
There are a number of features and add in applications that all the team uses internally also to counter day to day problems and allows seamless communication between departments. For example, Dynamics 365 has become the sales team's main CRM point which has increased profitability hugely while making day to day admin an easy task.

Brightpearl was used as an internal CRM for most transactions and client based portfolios, however this is mostly designed for a retail organisation and lacks some of the features that are required that 365 provides.
365 also provides many of the applications that are used on a daily basis that members of staff do not sometimes have on hand when working from personal terminals such as Excel or Word.
The full overview of each account and ability to track pipelines also makes 365 a better product to use in this environment against Brightpearl.
Briightpearl, however, does have an integrated stock tracking system that is useful for stock track items.
