Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We use Office 365 for email and the entire office suite of applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent cloud email service
- Excellent online versions of the Office Suite of applications
- Reporting could be better.
- Not all functionality in the cloud version of Office Suite compared to the installed version.
- Moving to the cloud allowed us to reduce the number of servers needed, saving us money.
- It allowed our users to be more mobile and work from anywhere.
We looked at the GSuite but felt it was not as robust as O365.
