Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
MS Teams were able to address our connection with our colleagues who are not able to use our current platform since it is a competitor of the client they are supporting. Being in governance, I need to be able to reach everyone where ever they are located so this is the best option I have.
- It does not consume to much bandwidth based on number of participants
- It has easy navigation for use
- It can work on mobile
- Provide more background choices during meetings
- Have an easy access button for help options
- Provide description on the icons available on the interface
- It is a necessity since we are using a different platform for our enterprise.
- Cost is a bit pricey, but it is needed by the business
- It requires a lot of reading and research to be adept in using it.
MS Teams is less user friendly than Google Meet, The ease of use is not available for people who are not tech savvy. It requires several credentials to enter not like a SSO.
