Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Scope is pretty broad with Microsoft Teams, doesn’t seem to be any problems in general. Microsoft Teams allows us to immediately get in touch and share meetings, documents, tasks, and information quickly and efficiently. I use Microsoft Teams daily and it certainly alleviates certain times when a quick connect can resolve a lengthy phone call.

- Has both video & audio functionality
- Intertwined with Outlook
- Restarts are almost expected
- Not too glitchy
- Honestly excellent product overall
- Makes communication easier
- Makes projects simpler
- Allows me to easy organize with others
- Google Hangouts (Classic)
I would say they’re the same, but Microsoft Teams is a more professional app & used more often in corporate environments. I’d use Microsoft Teams over Hangouts as I’m more accustomed to it now.
