Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being introduced in our company as the one single point of truth for all kinds of documentation, mockups, team communication, etc. throughout all departments. The amount of users is constantly growing.
  • Wireframing.
  • Very nice and intuitive UI.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Jira integration could be improved.
  • Loading times of boards that have got lots of cards on it.
  • Definitely improved productivity.
  • Faster time to market.
  • Better collaboration.
The implementation of Miro in our company is still an ongoing process (>50k employees), but in our department, it was very well accepted. Thanks to Miro's well-thought-through UI, people got used to working with it very fast. Also, we did not need to set up as many training sessions as we planned for initially.
Integration of Miro was very easy and almost a no-brainer.
Miro has greatly enabled us to truly collaborate on new as well as ongoing projects in a way we never would have thought was possible.

Miro is very well suited when it comes to designing mock-ups and wireframing in terms of UI/UX design, concept creation, and brainstorming. However, I feel Miro is less well suited for tracking work progress (KanBan Boards, etc.) since when you have a lot of cards on one board, it will take a long time to load.
