Mainly used for brainstorming, problem exploration, and idea generation.
- Enables remote collaboration.
- Several good templates are available.
- It can be quite fiddly.
- It takes some getting used to before getting comfortable to use it.
- It helped through Covid to run effective workshops.
- It enhanced collaboration.
