Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used as a collaboration tool to brainstorm ideas and a variety of other things. It is used to collaborate in real-time with people in a remote setting to bring ideas together. It is also used to test prototypes and current systems. Using real-time collaboration, we can see what everyone thinks and what they want to do with the particular system.
  • Real time collaboration.
  • A variety of tools (stickies, arrows, etc).
  • User experience is very smooth and easy to use.
  • Give users more information on the built in tools.
  • Laser tool to use when presenting.
  • Ability to view the history of Miro board editing so if past ideas were deleted they can still be recovered.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Easier brainstorming.
  • Reduced project completion time.
I love that Miro implements several other applications that are easy to use, sometimes I don't know how exactly these work which would make it a lot easier to use them.
Using Miro in virtual meetings so everyone can collaborate together!

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and draw.io
Miro has a great interface that is very user-friendly and easy to use. There are several implementations as well that are easy to use and help make brainstorming much easier.

My team enjoys using Miro in the collaborative setting, if we all need to get some ideas out there and present them to one another, it is great to use Miro as we can all work on the same board at the same time. We can see each other's ideas and add on to them. I don't think Miro is great for personal presenting, just for the collaborative work!
