Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used within our company to facilitate online meetings, brainstorming, problem-solving sessions. Specifically, it brings a solution for hybrid and online collaboration. Colleagues who are working at home can interact with colleagues working on site. Everybody looks on the same online whiteboard and can share his/her thoughts. It really promotes interaction.

  • Facilitating brainstorming.
  • When signing up with Miro, you have to choose to join a team or create a new one. Why not offer the choice later?
  • Make it possible to collaborate in Miro without having to create an account (guest users).
  • A more structured way of having meetings.
  • A better timekeeping during meetings, so more productive in the same time.
  • More involvement of participants.
  • Higher employee satisfaction.
It is an online tool and everybody can access it. Great! It is as simple as that.
You can easily integrate Miro into your online/hybrid meetings. In our company, an integration between Miro and Microsoft Teams has yet to be done. That will be more intuitive for the end-users, so they do not have to swap any longer between tools.
Miro was really helpful because it allows you to set de minds in the same direction. As a moderator, you can prepare a project meeting in Miro so there is a clear structure. But within this structure, there is room for creativity, brainstorming, ... Great combination.

I haven't used Mural for a long time. But my impression is that the collaboration works more fluently with Miro.
I already wrote some thoughts about that in the introduction. Miro is very well suited for online/hybrid collaboration. Best of all is to be together physically, but Miro is the best next thing.
