Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I used MIRO for 9 Kick-off Workshops of an important group initiative, Customer Journeys in Bancassurance. There were participants from 9 countries who worked in teams and used MIRO to generate ideas and cooperate with the other peers. The duration of each workshop was of 4 hours and MIRO maintained people focused and motivated.
- It is a source of inspiration and helps structuring thoughts and ideas.
- It encourages idea-sharing even for those who are normally shy to express themselves.
- It is the perfect space for team work.
- More visual features like PowerPoint has.
- A greater availability of fonts, post-it shapes, colors.
- It was the only way to do such big Kick-off Workshops across 9 countries. In normal times without pandemics, such workshops are done face to face.
- It served as a source of inspiration even for people who are not normally vocal, they got used very quickly to MIRO features and started generating ideas.
- It was really fruitful for teamwork, taking into account that everyone connected from home and it saved travel costs.
As mentioned, it was a ''life savior''...without it, we couldn't have rolled out a very important and strategic project for us...as this was a project driven by the Head Office and in normal times - without pandemic - this type of roll-out requires traveling and gathering many people, MIRO was the most viable alternative and it worked out perfectly. In a 4 hours Workshop, it kept people motivated, focused, concentrated and we had fun too.
