Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro regularly to facilitate sessions, collaborate with colleagues, and do a lot of prep for user experience strategy work. While a lot of the collaboration is with members of my immediate design team, we are also frequently using Miro with product and development stakeholders; even extending into senior leadership for final deliverables. It can really depend on the scope of the workshop, project, or deliverable on any given day.
- Creating complex documentation
- Collaborating with others
- Organizing large amount of information
- Organizing files
- Search and find items in old documents
- Tracking comments and actions across boards
- Increased collaboration from previously disengaged stakeholders
- Faster iteration on concepts
- Running cool testing and experiments to iterate more quickly
I have never met any of my co-workers in person. We work exclusively remotely. Miro lets us all see and work on the same board. In collaboration sessions, we ensure that the cursors are turned on so we can see what others are doing. Miro is a nice tool for working sessions and fun activities as well.
