Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organization, I use Miro to support the project management activities, especially the documentation which needs to be visible to everyone or the ones which the team should collaborate to create. It's a great tool for creating dashboards summarizing the main information about how it's the project, which is the risks, dependencies, assumptions, etc.
  • RAID dashboards.
  • Roadmaps.
  • Brainstormings (with post-its).
  • Flows.
  • RACI dashboards (responsibilities).
  • Overall status dashboards.
  • User-friendly to move objects with the board (a lot of people presented some difficulties performing it).
  • GIFs.
  • Reduced the project competition time.
  • Brough more effectiveness in discussions with more visual power.
  • Provided an easy and fun way to collaborate with the team.
It is important to let people take their time to explore the functionalities of Miro, it's a great tool and if everybody knows already how to use it, it brings a lot of efficiency to the work to be done.
I didn't face any issues with the integration so far, and I am very satisfied!
Miro's online whiteboard helps unite my team, where all the persons work remotely and we have several cultures and locations; we were able to spend more time working together, collaborating in an easy way.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I already used a whiteboard inside the MS Teams, but it was too slow, with fewer options and with some bugs, and didn't end up so well. Then we get to know Miro, and we migrate a lot of activities to it. It was easier to find, organize, and really deal with the day-by-day activities.
It's well suited to collaborative creation with your partners, and it's also good for some things which are supposed to be presented in a more visual way. Not so appropriate for regular documentation, which doesn't require so much collaboration and needs to be restricted.

Using Miro

  • Roadmaps
  • Workshops
  • RAID dashboard.
  • Overall status dashboard.
  • RACI dashboard.
  • For activities in workshops.
  • Dynamic presentations.
  • Trainings.
For sure, I'm going to renew it! It is very useful to me and my team.
