Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for product development and also for brainstorming ideas across the user base while people are working from home.
  • Organize flow diagrams.
  • Provide great visualization templates.
  • Makes group editing possible.
  • the zoom feature can be improved a bit.
  • We see a lag sometimes when operating and takes a while for edits to sync.
  • Can provide a teams integration module.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Increased visibility
  • Central repository for all collaborative work.
I was not directly involved with the implementation of Miro.
I remember hearing that it was very easy to onboard.
It has impacted us very positively. The amount of work we had and were able to get accomplished with MIRO was amazing during the pandemic days.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We went with Miro because of the ease of collaboration that none of the other tools offer. Real-time collaboration with multiple users was not something that was offered by other products and services.
Very well suited for technology-based initiatives but not when involving business and compliance teams where the requirement is not to just see flow charts but also document write ups etc. The content display is not ideal for all departments with Miro.
