Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Useful as a collaboration tool to map out business processes along with comments, links, etc., and also for brainstorming/whiteboarding type sessions where people can use sticky notes and group responses by theme. We might previously have tried to use a Vizio chart for some of this work, but Miro is easier to navigate between multiple users and has really useful zooming functionality.
  • Drag and drop components from other apps on to the whiteboard.
  • Quick creation of flowcharts and process maps.
  • Multi user collaboration.
  • Managing user access at an enterprise level has been a bit complicated.
  • Tracking multiple Miro boards for various projects.
  • Able to accomplish a lot more process review in a shorter time frame, all virtually.
Easy to hyperlink Miro boards into other tools, and items can be pushed to PDF or image files. I haven't seen Miro items directly embedded into SharePoint or other platforms being used here, though.
It has been positive - the board is very clean and quite simple to use. Easy for one person to take the lead on items, allow others to contribute, and then go through information captured with the entire audience.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Much simpler product for putting "sticky notes" into a common location for review and contributions. Miro has much more comprehensive functionality.
Works extremely well for mapping out processes and adding comments in a shared environment. Handy for whiteboarding-type sessions that need to be held completely virtually versus in a conference room.
