Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for multiple reasons - brainstorming, building flows, saving funnel screenshots, UX review, idea boards, and many other similar purposes. Using Miro we were able to design multiple funnels and the data flow within the funnels which lead us to discover several loopholes and drop-off points we had where we were losing users.
  • Endless Canvas
  • Drag-n-drop designing
  • Multi-user collaboration
  • Able to see iterations or changes made
  • Be able to connect to data sources and update the flows real-time
  • Nothing much to say, Miro has covered most use cases for the purpose it was built, so kudos to the team
  • Improved performance in our work streams
  • Identifying pain areas visually
  • Improved UI design sharing
I wasn't involved in the implementation of Miro but gave it a good score as hardly anyone has complained about its implementation.
Integration is where I feel Miro can do better but this is just my personal opinion because of the nature of the work I do. I play with data and would have loved to connect data sources with Miro. Having said that, in no way do I mean it lacks integration with other platforms. I am yet to use a lot of other features Miro has and might change the review when I start using those.
Collaboration on Miro is PURE AWESOMENESS!!! We have had several sessions where we utilize this feature, especially when brainstorming or when there are design reviews and designers are showing new UI/UX. The ability to collaborate and contribute to the board at the same time as others and handle the volume of users smoothly across remote or multiple locations is just impressive.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I'm still kinda new to using Miro but the time I had with Miro, it has impressed me a lot. I had built a few flow diagrams on it which were quite helpful for us to understand user journeys and the conversion rates. Scenarios, where I think Miro can do better, is connecting with data sources. However, that could be a completely different tangential requirement but having real-time flows rather than static can be really impressive.
