Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used daily across many teams. It is helpful for visual thinking, process mapping, team collaboration, and conducting workshops. The boards are shared among many team members, so there is good visibility of who is working on what. We not only use Miro for internal purposes but also with our customers. It serves well as a shared whiteboard.
- simple and clear UI
- contains features to simplify remote collaboration
- integrations with other tools like Slack etc.
- sometimes it takes too long to load and show content (performance issue)
- options regarding voting are very limited and do not cover various needs
- import/export options that would enable add tags
- higher visibility across teams
- easy onboarding
- instant start when collaborating with others
I don't know the situation before Miro. And from the current perspective, it seems very important. If we could not use Miro anymore, we would have to implement a solution with very similar functionalities. This is touching the new project as well as the ongoing projects. In many cases, it is indispensable.
