Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to collaborate remotely with my colleagues for product marketing and content design. Miro has made our life easier since the remote work started, and I even use it for my personal projects and organization needs. The UI is very simple and straightforward while still offering a lot to the user.

I integrated Miro into Slack, and the integration was super easy to set up and has been very helpful.

I was not involved in the selection process.
I think Miro is perfect for remote collaborating and internal alignments. It's great for creating a visual sitemap of a website and taking notes within categories. It's great to follow someone who is presenting their ideas and brainstorming. Miro, on the other hand, is not super optimal for structuring the data.
