Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is largely used within our product development organization for strategic meetings where collaboration between the team is required. I have been also using it to define OKRs with my different teams, as well as to run retrospective meetings and brainstorm ideas for the resolution of problems and improvements in general.
  • Workflow development in a collaborative way
  • Brainstorming sessions
  • Agile retrospective meetings
  • It would be great to have some more videos showing how to use it
  • Integration with Microsoft Teams and Slack is great but would like to see more use cases and explanations on how to use it
  • More agile templates
  • Improve productivity by reducing complexity in how to plan meetings and collaborate
  • It helps to give you a high-level overview of projects and initiatives as you can have a very good view of everything documented on Miro
  • It contributes to the success of our deliveries
I believe that in some cases it might take time for companies to fully use the potential of Miro as there are many different options and features to be explored, including integrations with 3rd party softwares, such as Slack, Jira, and teams. However, once you get used to including Miro in your daily work it becomes easier to use and can bring you more benefits.
I haven't had any difficulties to use Miro and integrate it in our daily tasks and I am starting now to explore external integrations with 3rd party tools. As it has too many option it can be a but complicated to use for a beginner and I feel that sometimes I could benefit on some more simple and quick videos on how to use certain features but overall it is a great tool.
It is an excellent tool to discuss ideas and collaborate. We are using it on the definition of objective key results, we created templates so it can be used by the whole product development organization. It is easy to share and it helps us to "think together", especially when we have a big number of people working remotely.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I didn't have an influence on the choice of Miro but I used other tools such as MURAL in the past. MURAL has good functionalities but Miro is more robust with more templates and integrations and it is easier to use compared to MURAL. Access is easily shared between teams as well.
Miro is well suited to improve collaboration between team members and helps quite a lot in facilitating discussions and brainstormings. It can also be used as a tool for project management, the creation of cronograms, and timelines. Strategic decisions such as the creation of Objective Key Results can also be done on Miro.
