Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a variety of activities. We leverage it for brainstorming, ideation, Design Thinking workshops, product meetings, prioritization, and to sync up with JIRA. We use it to track work in several instances as well. It has been EXTREMELY helpful for facilitating Design Thinking workshops. It allows for rapid/large-scale collaboration, and provides us with a space to see and save all ideas. It's been amazing!

I can just say that it was an easy process, and the onboarding was fantastic for all users.
It was just super simple.
It has truly brought together people from a variety of areas within the company and around the world. Rather than having to setup an in-person workshop, Miro allows for us to do it whenever, wherever. And the best part? We don't have to clean anything up AND the work is saved to refer to later.

Miro is very similar to MURAL. I'd say that they're neck-and-neck in terms of how they stack up to each other. Lucidchart doesn't even come close to the functionality of Miro.
Miro is well suited for running workshops of any kind, really. It helps to provide a collaborative and easy-to-use environment for a cross-functional team. The templates are fantastic as well, providing a plethora of options depending on the type of session you are t rying to run/problem you are trying to solve. In addition, the Miro community provides a ton of additional templates, advice, and resources that can be used by anybody.

Don't use Miro to design things. Use it for brainstorming, workshops, and things of that nature.
