Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for most white-boarding activities: software system design, story mapping, engineering team retrospectives...
We can include stakeholders or users in those sessions, and make sure we have the same vision of the abstract ideas that are being communicated.
The collaborative, real-time aspect is definitely the selling point.
  • Real-time editing of boards
  • Flexibility in shape, colour of shapes
  • Speed of the interface- it's fast to create a new board and jot down some ideas
  • Computer memory consumption, especially on bigger boards
  • The quality of pre-made templates
  • Aligning shapes to a grid for neater diagrams
  • It has improved productivity of online sessions
  • It has improved the quality of diagrams of flows, leading to a reduction of time to understand requirements or designs
It's very simple to create a new board during an online meeting and make sure there is alignment between attendants. Sharing a board is straightforward and leads to a better understanding and collaboration of ideas on a new project

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for quick, collaborative white-boarding or brainstorming. It's very easy to use and mostly intuitive, allowing it to be used by less technical members of the company.
Because of its flexibility, it can sometimes be misused and lead to messy, big boards- it would be nice to link boards together.
