Miro is a great tool for conducting workshops, interactions, and visualization of processes, flow, and agreements.We are using it for planning, product discovery, retrospectives, teambuildings, impact mapping, brainstorms and so on
- Creating and saving templates of all kinds for workshops
- Time tracking and voting functionality is simple to learn and useful
- broad set of built-in tools like stickers, tables, shapes, mind maps
- We've heard from colleagues and users that its hard for them to get use to very fast changing design, maybe keep buttons/controls same place?
- when each board becomes bigger there are significant changes in its performance and loading speed
- Improved alignment between teams and stakeholders
- Improved transparency and visibility of work and future plans
- Positively impacted on team spirit as we have some nice shared memories on our boards
Miro helps a lot to collaborate for distributed teams and keeps things visible for everyone, also helping alignment with our goals and next plans. Its very useful that no matter where people are they easily get access to the same space and work together

- We really use Miroverse a lot - its great to have a chance to join this community, contribute to it and use its wisdom and ready templates
