Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to help for a few things. First, to idealize projects organizing by todos, goals and cross-department needs. For example, we used Miro when setting up our email platform. We were able to visual all the needs and check them off accordingly. These needs had to do with design ideation, how we organize our emails and data, as well as engineering help to link our systems.

The second way we use Miro is for brainstorming. For example, we needed to create value propositions for different products. Miro helped us get all our products one a single area and create different messaging for each. Our team really benefitted from the visual aspect of Miro.
  • Really easy-to-use interface
  • amazing visual organization
  • Collaboration friendly
  • Custom templates would be great
  • It sometimes loads slow. Love to see a better way to make the size of each board smaller.
  • Hard to train new employees on the dozens of features Miro offers
  • Miro makes our project more organized. Instead of navigating through multiple documents and programs to capture a project, it’s all in one place.
  • Miro is efficient when it comes to the brainstorming and executing. It’s saves us a lot of time when everything is displayed visually.
  • Miro has helped my team collaborate better.
Yes, it has impacted us positively. When my team went fully-remote, we completely switched over to zoom meetings. Miro has helped make our meetings much more interesting, rather than sharing plain documents and data. We found that our team participated more when we talked about projects visually rather than one person reading/writing notes on a document.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think all products have its pros and cons. I personally like Miro for its interface and ease-of-use, once you get to learn it. I also like the look and feel of Miro versus the other products. For new users, it does feel very overwhelming but it’s not too difficult to learn
Miro is amazing for project management, tracking timeline, and the ideation phase. My team is very visual and it’s very easy to create a roadmap of tasks and needs and have everyone clearly understand it. it’s great on a high level.

Where I find Miro mot as useful is that it gets very confusing when theres dozens of tasks that need to be done and each task has many steps and need approvals, etc. For example, i’d recommend Miro for high level roadmap, then link back to Asana for actual project management.
