Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Instead of countless hard-to-find documents nestled in an array of folders, the visual nature of Miro allows my team to easily organize and find important documents. Each project my team works on has its own Miro board for us to use and share with stakeholders
  • Easy to navigate
  • Good for brainstorming and collaborating
  • Good for organizing files
  • The live Box-to-Miro presentation sharing is clunky. I wish there was a way to automatically refresh presentations without having to manually press the refresh button
  • More colors for stickies; hex codes would be nice
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved collaboration
  • Reduced project completion time
I found the most success when emphasizing how much easier it is to find files on a visual Miro board than in an array of nestled files. The most important thing to use Miro successfully is to have a dedicated point-person in charge of maintaining and updating the board regularly
Works well to integrate Box files, but I wish that Box presentations could auto-refresh after a specific cadence
Very positively; we regularly use Miro as a tool for brainstorming sessions. It’s much easier when everyone is able to create their own notes in real time from wherever they may be in the world
I have never used it, but from my teammates who have used it, they say Miro is more intuitive and has better functionalities
