Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for as much as possible. Anywhere I would previously have used a keynote, I have transitioned to Miro. I also use Miro as an agenda tool for my triad meetings. I house in that board a running calendar of key gates and dates as well as daily agendas.
  • Collaboration
  • Presenting
  • Meeting agenda
  • One stop shop
  • Integration with keynote, ability to import presentations
  • More useful tool integrations
  • A suped up Kanban chart feature with more abilities
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved information finding
  • Decreased need to update keynotes manually
I do not have any key insights regarding the implementation of Miro. It sort of just happened for me. I did not have any formal training or any guide as to how I should use it. It was just a new fancy tool that I learned myself and taught myself different ways to implement in my day to day.
I would give it this rating because Miro is pretty easy to use. The way I describe it to people is basically a white board version of Keynote. A lot of the features are similar which means there is not a whole lot you neeed to learn from scratch. Actually, now reading the question again, I have not integrated Miro with any products but I’m talking purely implementing Miro into my day to day.
Miro has had a large impact on my ability to collaborate on new projects across my team. Traditionally we would have built our product briefs using Keynote which means that file is a stagnate moment in time that is not a live document. Having Miro means that I now have a live document that is always up to date and allows me the ability to have side conversations with teammates within the board.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is very well suited for presentation, anywhere I would have previously used a keynote it is a lot more efficient to use a Miro board. Collaboration is my favorite part, the commenting features and being able to have multiple people working in a Miro board at once. It might be less appropriate for more formal presentations as the scrolling from slide to slide can be off putting to some.
