Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Project management was made much easier for us when we had a difficult implementation of a new company-wide software.
  • Creating forms we placed on the company intranet allowed those who were not active users on monday.com to still help us utilize it in the way we need to without business disruption or a communication gap.
  • monday.com has allowed us to have more tangible numbers and documentation to support various claims, such as this task takes this long or we have this many X/specific time frame.
We are currently using it throughout the company in many different departments. Some departments are much more involved in monday.com than others, but those who have adopted it have utilized it in many different ways. For my department in particular, we are able to use it for audits, traceability of suppliers, projects, and scheduled tasks.
  • Being able to have reminders of those items that aren't at the forefront of your mind each day is exceptionally helpful.
  • Collaborating between departments is made significantly more easy to do especially as we have more people traveling or at other branches.
  • monday.com makes complicated project management more streamlined.
  • The mirror/copy function between boards can be a bit clunky.
  • The user created automatons could use more flexibility.
  • Having a "preview" of the functionally could be helpful.
monday.com for the most part I learned on my own through trial and error, since that's how I learn best. I'd like to say I have a vast understanding and have been able to explain it to many without our company who have gone on to become "Super Users." If you have basic Excel knowledge, you already have basic monday.com usability.
The help function and those I've interacted with in Customer Service have been fantastic. When they say response time is fast, it's not just a sales pitch. I think it's been very rare they can't solve my problem, and then it's usually something quite complex. Additionally, unlike other software I've used, customer service can be easily reached by any and all users of monday.com rather than having to funnel issues through a few select individuals within an organization.
Generally speaking the overall performance of monday.com has been fantastic. There's little to no lag to information being input to it showing up for a different user. I don't think I can think of a time in which monday.com didn't perform as expected.

monday.com can be well utilized for all departments in various applications. All departments have been able to find usage in some way for it, despite not being a "typical" user of monday.com. Further, if there's something you don't know how to do, the help section as well as those who provide live help have been exceptionally responsive and rarely have been unable to find a workable solution.
