Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Employee satisfaction is positive. They comment that knowing the schedule for the day well in advance prepares them for thing like how to dress (important if you will be outdoors all day!), whether they will be able to run an errand during lunch, and other useful things.
We use monday.com to create and update the daily task list for employees. Everyone can access it to see what they will be working on each day, when they will be traveling, what deliveries are expected, etc. Every work day is different in our company, and the schedule can and does change often, so this is a great way to keep employees up to date.
- We like the ability for staff to add comments to a task, such as recording how much was produced at the end of the day.
- I like the variety of templates for boards, although I currently only use boards as calendars.
- It would be useful to have a "Postponed" label in the Status dropdown.
- Duplicating and moving items from one board to another is multi-step and therefore cumbersome. Sometimes, somehow, dozens of items get copied instead of the few I intended.
We don't use the full capabilities of monday.com, since we simply need a flexible scheduling app. For this, it works great.
