We use monday.com across the company for project planning, execution, and documentation. It is helping us a lot to manage and delegate within the company. The visuals, tools, and automation make it super easy to understand the critical path of the different projects we have to manage simultaneously. It is great!
- Tools for managers. Very easy to see and analyse data
- Great visual and user-friendly environment
- A lot of automation and integrations
- Incredibly easy to use
- Export tables to excel
- Interconnection between boards and workspace not so easy
- Sub Sub tasks should be included
- Dashboards can get a bit messy to organize
It has helped us a lot in the sense that we want to connect different departments of the organisation but still restrict some information for specific users and guests. In this way, I can say that it is practical and user-friendly to manage projects across all departments. monday.com has helped us to structure our logistics a lot and be time-efficient.
