Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is used as a project management tool with agile style methodology. Initially focused on one team within the business, its use has been expanded to all projects where cross-functional activity occurs. A large proportion of our business is field based with a lot of matrix management structures, so ensuring transparency in project accountabilities is key.

- Can be exposed if working on multiple cross-functional projects
Too frequently being changed and updated. monday.com was easy to use, but with tweaks and updates, it loses the consistency across boards. For example, with each new feature introduced, these will appear on newly set-up project boards but may not be retrofitted onto existing ones. So you lose the simplicity you experienced when first using.
It’s OK--not better but not worse than MS Teams. There are no issues with reliability or uptime, either on the website or app. However, the constant barrage of updates and new/tweaked features means it lacks the consistency of experience that you have on other options like MS Teams

Good if working on limited number of projects, however in roles like mine where I am brought in on many projects, there is a risk of too many alerts and boards making the site confusing. Its key benefit is enabling cross-functional working, especially where project members are not located together on the same site.
