Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com mainly as a project management software. Both our sales team and operations team use it to manage different projects, the onboarding of new clients, tasks, potential opportunities, etc. We have had great success implementing the automation features and making sure tasks don't fall through the cracks with the growing automation.

monday.com is very simple to use and easy to train new team members. We use monday.com as our first step in onboarding new employees and then have them use the software throughout the entire onboarding process to get familiar as it is such a valuable tool for our company.
Any time we've had a question or issue with a component of monday.com, the support team has been responsive and prompt. They make sure we completely understand the cause of our issue as well as how to alleviate in the future. We have had a pleasant experience thus far.

monday.com is great for organizing a project and bringing it from start to finish. The ability to have timelines and deadlines as well as a place to host files and updates is very valuable when working on a video project for us as a marketing agency. monday.com is great for being collaborative with the team but does not provide a ton of reports or breakdowns.
