We utilize monday.com to track IT projects. It helps track tasks within a project ensuring nothing is missed. Also, monday.com is the main tool we use for our department meetings making sure everyone is informed. Before we purchase monday.com we tracked everything via spreadsheets which was difficult to manage.

- We spend less time reviewing projects during meetings.
- Monday.com cost a lot less than other project management software.
- No need to have project manager to create projects.
In the past 3 years, we only had one instance where we could not access monday.com. It is very reliable. Monday.com has shortened our department meetings.
