I have never worked with a project manager and the monday.com environment is intuitive and easy to manage. I really liked the ease with which I can export the information to make executive presentations, and also the ease with which it is integrated into my 365 account allowing me to save time in search of integration tutorials.

Support Rating

personally I have never needed the support of the platform because as I mentioned above, it is a tool that is very intuitive to carry out and manage projects. Anyone without prior knowledge can use it and you will find it wonderful. But it is good to know that you have a support of 24 hrs.

Reliability & Availability

I finish faster to carry out the management of the projects that have been assigned to me. I can also review how my teammates' projects are going so I can deliver everything complete in a timely manner. Carrying out projects with this tool that includes a Gantt allows me a holistic vision of the activities that I am going to carry out.
