I use Monday to keep track of my tasks, manage priorities, updates, and file management and sharing within monday.
It's easy to create new tasks, and have transparency of what i'm working on, for how long, and what are the next tasks in line.

It's easy to create new tasks, and have transparency of what i'm working on, for how long, and what are the next tasks in line.
The business problem is: managing tasks for multiple teams
- slick, easy and fast interface
- provide solutions that can be simple or complicated, depend on the users needs
- very intuitive
- working while my browser went to "offline" mode, can be discouraging, realising all is deleted. maybe have a feature that alerts the user when connection to the monday app is lost, and the user's work will be deleted
- find better ways to help a team start a new template, selecting the relevant fields can be a challanging task, so a wizard interface, with examples and easy selection, might do the trick, and enable more users to have easy access to advanced features
- i said it already, creating transparency about team members work load
- easy DIY onboarding
- cross department task and priority management
features work well, no complaints
