I haven't tried most of its features yet and templates. I always create mine and it works well.
It's best if we there is a phone number we can reach you at and/or a chat support available in the evening rather than emails.
monday.com is convenient and handy. You can update your boards anywhere you are. Gives you a leverage to do something else because you can create your own checklist, tallies and it reminds you via email of all the pending tasks.

Yes - Yes, it was resolved! Though I had to wait for 72hours but waiting is fine.
Formula! Need to get more familiar with how it works! I asked for assistance to help me with formula, and the support I got was very helpful and went extra mile by providing me the exact correct formula to use with an explanation.
