Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com has been a game changer with my small business. Having just brought on my first full time employee, we use tables in our "order fulfillment" board to assign tasks to the appropriate person and keep on track of our shipping deadlines. We are especially loving how we can both have the same access to the same information across the board (no pun intended), so no matter what, we are both aware of what is going on, what needs doing and what's on the horizon. I can tell that as my small business grows, we will be adding more users and learning even more about what this program has to offer. Don't pass this one up!

  • More color selection within the boards/tables as we color code our shipment batches
  • Having monday.com as a task management program has allowed me to take my turnaround time for handmade shoes from 35-42 business days to 19-22 business days. Keeping me on track with our deadlines and goals has been a game changer.
Although I don't use monday.com to it's full ability, what I am currently using it for (task/project management and launch scheduling) is excellent. I do feel confident that when this business continues to grow, monday.com will have all of the features that I will need to manage a growing team and set them up for success.
Any question that I have had was easily resolved.
The overall performance of monday.com has been excellent. I do notice that when reloading the morning of a new day can take a little longer, but once it refreshes and fully loads - we're off to the races.

Having a small shop is tough, especially when you are the one wearing all of the hats. Sometimes, with all of those hats needing to be worn at the same time, the most important tasks fall to the wayside. In my case, it's sewing the orders. Monday.com has allowed us to schedule out every single open order, and we continue to do so as they come in, so that there's never a question of if I am ahead, behind or on track. Before monday.com, we are just trying to do all of the things all of the time and it became overwhelming and inefficient. Having a place where we can see all of our tasks and the due dates, as well as update the status as we go, really help to make sure we are not straying from our goals.
