Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We are a fairly small marketing department of 3-5 people. We have weekly meetings where we structure our work load and priorities for the coming week in monday.com. As we have 3 different brands to manage, we have set up a board for each brand. We also plan the years promotions and big launches in a GANTT chart in monday.com. It's cool that you can assign a task to one or more people to be able to collaborate and leave comments in a timeline for progress.
- Comments in timelines
- Overview of workload
- Easy to add tasks
- The 'expand group' can sometimes be confusing
- The status of a group sometimes does not progress even though tasks has been ticked off as done.
- You have to download an email you have dropped in a task every time you want to open it. There is no preview option.
- Overall a time saver as we know where to go for all information about a project
- Employees have a better overview of their week and load
- Saving time in terms of communication as you can leave comments and updates in the tasks.
monday.com is where I plan all my work and keep an information. If I get an email related to a task I load it in the task as well, just to keep everything in one place. You can load emails, attachments, and all sorts of format documents. The dates makes it super easy to structure your work week and move things around if needed.
