Reliability & Availability

Their boards are readily accessible, and almost always available. On the rare occasion where something wasn't functioning correctly, it's resolved within minutes without even having to sent them a message.

Tracking change within the organization and how it impacts the various organizations - this helps identify projects that have high risk, or areas that are overly burdened by the amount of change relative to other organizations within your company. Meeting management works well with monday.com too!
