Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is used across our account our entire company, every new employee is added to it. It helps with employee updates, time off and compensation/benefits. It provides a clear place as a manager to see what is currently going on within your team. It's also great to be able to see how the entire company is structured.
  • Great search function.
  • The org chart is really helpful.
  • Easy to use PTO request.
  • The time tracking is not super intuitive.
  • I think this has been super helpful as we have grown.
I have had no issues at all with my Namely use.
